  • The request is made within the specified money-back guarantee period.
  • The service or product is canceled as per the prescribed cancellation process.
  • There is no breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy by the customer.

1.3 Exclusions: The following are excluded from our money-back guarantee:

  • Domain registration or transfer fees.
  • Additional services, add-ons, and third-party products are not covered under the guarantee.

1.4 Refund Process: To request a refund, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team. You must provide your account details and the reason for your refund request. We will review and process your request within 90 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued through the original payment method.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Eligibility: Our returns policy applies to physical hardware or equipment purchased from Multinet and is subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • The product is in its original, unaltered condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.
  • The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer support team.

2.2 Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be applied to returns at our discretion. The restocking fee will be communicated to you during the RMA issuance.

2.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain an RMA number and instructions for returning the product. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
